Anne Elizabeth BUTINI, a daughter of Jean-Antoine BUTINI and Louise PLANTAMOUR, meets Henri-Jacques FÖLSCH VON FELS and they marry in Vandoeuvres (Switzerland) in 1745 shortly before or after the establishment of a trading company with his stepfather as name “Butini & Fölsch”.
From his marriage they have 9 children, 6 died in infancy.
Of the three survivors,
- Jeanne Louise in 1722 who married Jean-Christophe Hornborstel, merchant, another German who arrived in Marseille around 1753 and who returns to Hamburg in 1771.
- Francois Philip (1755-1832), merchant, becomes consul of Sweden in turn.
- Mariette, born in 1756.
