George GRANT was born in St. Vincent, Caribbean. He was the son of Charles GRANT (b.1785). His siblings were Charles Henry (b. 1814) and Louisa Ann (b. 1815).
It would appear from WH Grant’s 1927 genealogical chart that George lost his life along with his children (George, Charles and other off-spring) in 1902 when La Soufrière violently erupted.
